I'm so sorry to hear about your cat, but I'm glad to hear he's doing better!! My dogs are such a big part in my life and I always get upset if they have any health issues, so I understand completely. Hope he's back home soon! :)
Thank you!! Hope your night is going awesome!!
that anon needs to shut their pie hole. almost losing a pet, or a family member (pets are pretty much family), is still tragic and scary. just because you're not homeless or living in an area that's filled with terrible people doesn't mean that your sorrows and feelings are not valid. i'm glad your cat is doing better and that you have a stellar week!
Thank you. I hope you do too!!
Ps. Stellar is such a stellar word. I’m into it.
I have problems with people saying that when a pet dies or gets sick is their "worse day ever". Don't get me wrong, I lost my father last year on a car accident and since then I've had this problem. Just... think that it could be way worse;
I am sorry that happened, but, they asked MY worst day. And today is the worst I can remember feeling.
the saddest day of your life was when your cat got sick? hm. You are, indeed, a lucky girl.
Yup, thought I was going to lose him.
a very similar thing happened to my cat a while ago.. it took him a few days to get back to normal after returning from the vet, but it's been almost 10 years and he hasn't had any health trouble since! hope everything is smooth sailing from here on out, he seems to be in great hands :)
Thanks so much! I don’t know too much about his condition. Been trying my hardest to not google it and worry myself even more.
You literally have the cutest, most beautiful smile I have every seen omfg
0_o thank you. It’s weird smiling in pictures. I had the worst teeth pretty much my entire life.
What kind of side projects are you doing?
Everyone will see soon! They’ve been delayed from life being crazy busy.
this guy had a real rough day. hopefully he can come back home tomorrow.
Such a tough boy.
For everyone asking:
Yesterday we noticed Elliott was having problems going to the bathroom and he barely touched his food. So, this morning when he didn’t come visit me while I was getting ready for work I got worried and asked Garrett to keep and eye on him during the day… Went to work. Two hours later I got a phone call saying he wasn’t moving and puking all over himself. We rushed him to the emergency vet where they said his urinary tract was being obstructed and all of the toxins from his pee were spreading through his body causing a chemical imbalance. They put him on medication and told me they would call in a few hours…. Flash forward to me being woken up from my nap with news he hasn’t been getting better and that the vet was worried his bladder might of exploded. We then went to visit him before she ran more tests/found out if he needed emergency surgery. She called us back about an hour later to give us the news it was fully intact and that he was sitting up and even growled at a nurse!! We went to visit him again after dinner (when this picture was taken) and he’s doing 10 times better.
Thanks so much for all your well wishes. Please keep them coming! He definitely still has some ways to go to be back to his King Elliott status!
Also, note this as the saddest day of my life so far.
